This was the best service we have ever had. Called Dante 10:00 am. His crew showed up 3:30. They worked until 7:30pm to finish installing the new AC unit and made sure it worked perfectly.
Very fair price. Clean up was impeccable. Best company ever!!!!

We had our air conditioner quit working on one of the hottest days of summer. He cared about getting us back up and running. He explained things about our system to my husband that would help him understand it and maintain it. We were very happy with the service we received!!

Dante and his team are amazing! When we first called them we had just moved into a new home with a heating and air unit that was on its last leg. Dante knew a few tricks to keep it going, but we knew that it was not going to last long. When we were ready to put in a new system we called 24/7 Air and they created an amazing system for us. Our power bill was cut in half and our home is comfortable and cool even on the hottest of days.

Dante and Andy were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did outstanding work and I give them my highest recommendation possible.

After dealing with another company giving me the run around for over a month, I called Dante at 24/7 Air and he had guys out to my house within the hour and they were done the same day! They charged me almost half what the other guys quoted me. I will never call another company again with any HVAC issues!!

Dante with 24/7 Air is truly amazing! He responded to our after hours call in a timely manner, and stopped giving his dog a bath to come fix our heater. He even arrived 20 minutes before he estimated he'd be here. There was zero after hours fee, and he took the time to repair our existing parts rather than trick us into buying new parts we didn't need. Dante kept up friendly conversation while working efficiently, and has a great sense of humor. His total charge for our repair was much cheaper than just the after hours charge would've been for all the other places we called. We will definitely be calling 24/7 Air again, and recommending them to everyone!

Dante took extra time to fix a loose flap door on my furnace at no extra charge. He was quick with the repair, professional, and polite. His prices seem better and more honest than other companies. He still believes that doing the right thing for the customer comes before his profit. I highly recommend 24/7 air.

24/7 Air really delivered when the temperatures were really cold and after hours! They came out same day and didn't charge for an after hours service call. Friendly, fast service. After finding out the issue and having the parts to be able to fix my furnace right away they also performed a tune up free of charge.
The technician let me know that they are starting a filter program where they will come out as needed to replace your filter and do a visual check of the furnace to catch any problems for just $20!
They have my business for all my future heating and air conditioning needs.

Very pleased with my experience with Dante & Andy with 24/7 Air! Instead of just looking at my furnace and central air and immediately saying they needed replaced, they took the time and actually diagnosed why I was having the problems I was and explained it to me. I got a new furnace and central air today for over $5,000 LESS than what 2 other companies quoted me! Dante helped me get financed with not so perfect credit and I even got a WIFI thermostat!! I couldn't even tell they had been here with how well they cleaned up! Awesome job guys!!

Water heater was not lighting. Dante came over after hours, got it to light!! Didn't have to buy a new one yet!! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. And is always dependable. I have used him several time and always impressed!!!

I have been having some trouble with my heat pump for some time as well as really expensive power bills. I called up Dante asking about home warranties and prices on freon. He was very honest about the pros and cons so I knew I could trust him to come look at my furnace. He ended up recommending a few repairs when he could have recommended a lot more, or even a new furnace without me knowing any better. I'll be using 24/7 air for as long as I'm in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Dante and Andy. They stepped in and stepped up when no one else wanted to take on my "crappy" job. They went above and beyond as the job became more than intended because the more they fixed, the more they found and rather than just putting a bandaid on it and walking away, they made sure it was done right and within budget. Dante made sure to take the time to explain everything to me and never once acted like I was just the wife and not the homeowner. He was very respectful, patient, and understanding of my situation. Not to mention working around all of my animals and making sure they were always secure and safe in the working the environment. The service was excellent. I was informed every step of the install. Price for heat pump was excellent. They new exactly how long it would take and they were done on time. Recommend to any one needing a heat pump.

Fourth of July weekend, hot as heck, A/C broke down. My wife remembered someone saying how good 24/7 was. So we looked em up. Fearing the worse, not just a weekend but a holiday weekend which will no doubt result in an emergency call charge. Great. Dante took the call on the 2nd ring. He is the owner of the business, working his butt off so his guys could enjoy the holiday. He came right over, explained the issue, gave options, did the work, had a coke with us and that was it. Very reasonable cost and NO emergency charge! There is never a charge for after hours service, he said he just doesn't feel right about it. He took the time to explain things clearly to us and was very personable. Highly recommend 24/7. Saved our weekend.

Dante came out the first time to see if he could get our A/C working after we purchased our new home. We had a great laugh because our unit was built back in the 80's but he got it up and going for us and advised us that in the winter time our power bill was going to be through the roof as it wasn't energy efficient. A couple months went by and then all of the sudden our system went out again. We called Dante and he was out to our place that very day and gave us the news that the furnace needed to be retired "it's like an old man who is out of shape trying to run a marathon." After some laughs and poking fun of my husband. We had him install a complete new system. Now let me just say we are in our late 30's with three very rambunctious teenagers and money doesn't grow on trees. We told Dante that we wouldn't be able to afford it and he said he has his own finance company that we could go through. Thank goodness! We were approved and we got to meet his entire team they were so courteous and really provided a clean working environment by using a drop sheet they all walked on with booties. We all joked and had a great time. Usually I don't write reviews but this team was amazing and I highly recommend them.

Dante and Andy were very professional in completing our replacement Goodman Heat Pump. They were polite and respectful in everything they did and took very great care with our property. I hired 24/7 to upgrade my HVAC to a zoned system. Dante and Andy were really a pleasure to have in our home. Their professionalism and experience was very apparent. A great installation and very great value!

Dante came out to look at our electric furnace as it was only blowing cool air. He diagnosed it and said it could be repaired with a couple of new parts (it was 21 years old). We talked to him about replacing it with a new furnace and heat pump, which we brought up to him. He explained the benefits of doing that to us but left the decision completely up to us. We decided to go ahead and replace the furnace and install a high efficiency heat pump along with it. Dante, Andy and the 24/7 team, as a whole, were very professional, honest, personable, knowledgeable and skilled. The new system is working great and you can really feel a difference from the old system. Great quality and value...money well spent. We would highly recommend 24/7 Air for your heating and AC needs!

Andy and Richard did a super job replacing our old furnace and AC. It was a pleasure doing business with these young men and Dante was extremely helpful in arranging financing for us.
They also went above and beyond when they repaired/replaced some duct work that they noticed was is poor shape. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Dante came to my house the day after Christmas and told me he would do all he could to find me the parts I needed on the weekend... He was gone for less than an hour and came back with everything to make my furnace work and the price of his service was super reasonable I recommend 24/7 to anyone and everyone... What a great business!

I called on a Monday morning and Dante was here Monday afternoon to meet with me. He was friendly, professional and full of knowledge. He looked over my electric bill and talked through all of my options. One week later, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and working. Dante called the next day to make sure everything was working.

Mr. Alsgaard and his team were so professional and business like. My home is nearly 100 years old & things were done "creatively" in the past. The 24/7 team was excellent, they arrived on time, worked quietly and expertly. Before they left everything was cleaned up. They are very hard workers. Dante and his crew installed ac in my home and I am super pleased with the job they did. Hester and Steve were top notch and very professional.
They explained everything thoroughly. They even installed a moisture barrier in my crawl space to keep moisture out of the furnace and ac unit and hauled away the old unwanted junk from the crawl space.

My husband and I recently moved to Twin Falls and found out we needed a new furnace and air conditioner. We had two different friends who had used 24/7 for their new systems and raved about the service they received. So we called them and everything they said was true. They were here on time, very friendly and nice, meticulous with their tidiness so as not to create any dirt on my floors. They went right to work and by late afternoon the systems were in and running beautifully. Before they left they cleaned up the garage and surrounding area so it was cleaner than when they started. If you choose 24/7 you will be pleasantly surprised at the politeness and friendliness of the owner, Dante. We will definitely use them again if needed and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs furnace or air conditioning work. They were truly a joy.

I don't normally leave a review but when someone asked for a recommendation and this what came out, I decided it needed to be here also.
24 7AIR. honest. Hard working. Wants it done correctly even if it means going over original deadline. As in it could be fudged along and rushed but here are the options and this is why I want to do it THIS way but it will take this much longer because of x and y. He kept us in the loop on what was going on and why, and did his best, even when it was more difficult for him, to keep the mess to a minimum making his cleanup easier. We'd work with him again.
Other companies walked in with the upsell in mind skipping over the original request of tune-up/ cleaning but he laid out all the options. a- tuneup. b- Repair. c- Replace. d- Upgrade 1 or 2 and why each might or might not be the best choice. Plus he was patient while husband made a choice from several companies and answered every question, explained every detail when he came back to 24 7AIR. Because it was such a large job and would take more than a few minutes in our home, husband even requested, then checked his reference. (Acceptable response btw)
We'd used him in the past for just maintenance and at that time he'd also laid out the options as well as suggestions on how to make the existing poor configuration (installed incorrectly on purpose for looks not functionality - when the house was built) work better until money for a change was available.
Husband was also impressed by the training he was giving to his apprentice throughout the install process.
We were given all the options. And even though it was not the absolute cheapest quote out of several companies in the valley, with the explanations we felt it was the best option for us with good quality and properly backed and he was working to get us the best fit for us, not highest profit for him.
We definitely recommend.

Had our ac stop working on us on a Friday evening. Called around to try and get someone out and everyone either wanted to charge much more because it was the weekend or not come out till the following week. 24/7 not only came out on a weekend and got it working again they charged their normal fee. Great customer service. Took his time to explain everything and went above and beyond to explain extra tips on how to maintain our system better. Very honest and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend.
